   § 34-10-5  Barbed-wire fences throughwoodland – Fences existing before 1906. – The provisions of §§ 34-10-2 – 34-10-4 shall not apply to linefences running through woodland nor to barbed-wire fences constructed beforeApril 20, 1906.
