§ 33-9-25 Substitution and execution bysuccessor administrator. – Whenever any judgment shall have been recovered by or in the name of anyexecutor or administrator, a succeeding administrator of the estate notadministered may on motion be substituted as plaintiff and may take outexecution upon the judgment.
