§ 33-9-11 - Taking possession of property by mortgage.

SECTION 33-9-11

   § 33-9-11  Taking possession of property bymortgage. – The executor or administrator may take the surrender of, or sue in ejectmentfor, the seisin and possession of the real estate mortgaged as provided in§ 33-9-9; in which action it shall be sufficient for him or her to declareon the seisin and possession of the testator or intestate.
