§ 33-8-7 - Residence of administrator.

SECTION 33-8-7

   § 33-8-7  Residence of administrator.– No person not an inhabitant of this state shall be appointed administrator byreason of any right to the trust, unless other circumstances, in the opinion ofthe court, render the appointment proper.
