§ 33-6-6 - Time from which will speaks.

SECTION 33-6-6

   § 33-6-6  Time from which will speaks.– Every will shall be construed, with reference to the real estate and personalestate comprised in it, to speak and take effect as if it had been executedimmediately before the death of the testator, unless a contrary intention shallexpressly appear by the will.
