§ 33-5-8 - Conformation to law at time of execution.

SECTION 33-5-8

   § 33-5-8  Conformation to law at time ofexecution. – A will of real or personal estate made and executed in conformity with the lawexisting at the time of execution, shall be effective to pass the estate.
