§ 33-22-9 Notice of account containingcredit for sale or mortgage of real estate. – Whenever the account of any executor, administrator or guardian contains acredit of the proceeds of any sale or mortgage of real estate, or of anyinterest therein, the notice given before the settling of this account shallstate that the account contains the credit.
