§ 33-22-30 Probate court docket andspecial sessions. – Dockets of matters at regular sessions of the probate court shall be preparedby the clerk and heard by the court in such a way as to ensure that formal anduncontested matters are heard before contested matters. The probate court mayhold such additional special sessions as reasonably necessary to hear contestedmatters without additional fees or charges therefor.
