§ 33-22-27 - Execution for cost and fees.

SECTION 33-22-27

   § 33-22-27  Execution for cost and fees.– When costs and/or fees are awarded to be paid by one party to the otherpursuant to § 33-22-26, the probate court may issue execution for costs inlike manner as a court of common law.
