§ 33-14-9 - Interest on unreasonable detention of money.

SECTION 33-14-9

   § 33-14-9  Interest on unreasonabledetention of money. – Executors and administrators may be charged in their accounts with interest,for the unreasonable detention of money, at a rate not more than twelve percent(12%) per annum.
