§ 33-1.1-2 - Limitation on acquisition of property or benefit.

SECTION 33-1.1-2

   § 33-1.1-2  Limitation on acquisition ofproperty or benefit. – Neither the slayer nor any person claiming through him or her shall in any wayacquire any property or receive any benefit as the result of the death of thedecedent, but the property shall pass as provided in this chapter.
