§ 33-1.1-15 - Construction.

SECTION 33-1.1-15

   § 33-1.1-15  Construction. – This chapter shall not be considered penal in nature, but shall be construedbroadly in order to effect the policy of this state that no person shall beallowed to profit by his or her own wrong.
