§ 33-1.1-14 - Record of conviction admissible in civil actions.

SECTION 33-1.1-14

   § 33-1.1-14  Record of convictionadmissible in civil actions. – The record of his or her conviction of having wilfully and unlawfully killedthe decedent shall be admissible in evidence against a claimant of property inany civil action arising under this chapter.
