§ 33-1.1-1 - Definitions.

§ 33-1.1-1 Definitions. – As used in this chapter:
(1) "Decedent" means any person whose life is taken by aslayer;
(2) "Property" shall include any real and personal propertyand any right or interest therein;
(3) "Slayer" means any person who wilfully and unlawfullytakes or procures to be taken the life of another.
