§ 32-1-14 - Misquamicut State Beach.

SECTION 32-1-14

   § 32-1-14  Misquamicut State Beach. –Notwithstanding any other provisions of the general laws, one-half (1/2) thedaily cash parking fees collected on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays atMisquamicut State Beach shall be paid to the town of Westerly until a total ofone hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) has been paid.
