§ 31-5-18.3 - Sale of all-terrain vehicles (ATV's).

SECTION 31-5-18.3

   § 31-5-18.3  Sale of all-terrain vehicles(ATV's). – (a) No motor vehicle dealer licensed under the provisions of this chapter shallsell, lease, or rent any class of all-terrain vehicle to any person under theage of sixteen (16) years.

   (b) Violations of this section shall be grounds for denial,suspension or revocation of the dealers license under § 31-5-11 and alsobe subject to the penalties provided by § 31-5-14.
