§ 31-5-18.1 Inspection of records andpremises. – All records kept in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall beopen to inspection by the department and its duly authorized representatives,by the division of motor vehicles, and by any state or municipal official orpolice officer during reasonable business hours.
