§ 31-5-13 - Procedure for suspension or revocation of license.

SECTION 31-5-13

   § 31-5-13  Procedure for suspension orrevocation of license. – No license shall be suspended or revoked, except after a hearing in accordancewith the administrative procedures act, §§ 42-35-1 – 42-35-18.
