§ 31-5.2-11 - Attorney's fees.

SECTION 31-5.2-11

   § 31-5.2-11  Attorney's fees. – The court hearing a complaint brought by a consumer or lessee aggrieved by aviolation of this chapter shall award reasonable attorney's fees to aprevailing plaintiff.
