§ 31-47.1-4 - Law enforcement.

SECTION 31-47.1-4

   § 31-47.1-4  Law enforcement. – Any law enforcement officer or designee of the director of the department ofrevenue whose duty it is to enforce laws related to motor vehicles, may demandand inspect any certificate issued under this chapter.
