§ 31-34-8 - Basis of charges.

SECTION 31-34-8

   § 31-34-8  Basis of charges. – Every automobile rental company shall compute rental charges, with theexception of rental charges for temporary replacement vehicles after anaccident, based solely on a twenty-four (24) hour period, rather than on acalendar day basis.
