§ 31-34-5 - Failure to comply.

SECTION 31-34-5

   § 31-34-5  Failure to comply. – The division of motor vehicles shall cancel the registration of any motorvehicle rented without a driver whenever the division of motor vehiclesascertains that the owner has failed or is unable to comply with therequirements of this chapter.
