§ 31-34-2 - Maintenance of policies.

SECTION 31-34-2

   § 31-34-2  Maintenance of policies. –The owner shall maintain the policy or policies or privide proof of financialresponsibility or self-insurance during all times that the owner is engaged inthe business of renting any motor vehicle without a driver.
