§ 31-23.2-4 - Unlawful activity.

SECTION 31-23.2-4

   § 31-23.2-4  Unlawful activity. – It is unlawful for any person or his or her agent to disconnect, reset, oralter the odometer of any motor vehicle with the intent to reduce the number ofmiles indicated on it.
