§ 31-23.2-13 - Dealers – Records.

SECTION 31-23.2-13

   § 31-23.2-13  Dealers – Records.– All motor vehicle dealers licensed by the state of Rhode Island shall retainall records involving the transfer of motor vehicles in the state of RhodeIsland, including, but not limited to, those set forth in § 31-23.2-6(a)and (b), for a period of six (6) years after the date of sale of each motorvehicle.
