§ 31-22-15 - Lien for towing and storage charges.

SECTION 31-22-15

   § 31-22-15  Lien for towing and storagecharges. – Every licensed wrecker who shall render towing and storage services for thebenefit of a motor vehicle owner shall have a lien on and may retain thepossession of the motor vehicle until the charges for the towing and storagehave been paid.
