§ 31-2-16 Publication of laws. – The division of motor vehicles may publish a synopsis or summary of the laws ofthis state regulating the operation of vehicles and may deliver a copy of thesummary without charge with each original vehicle registration and with eachoriginal operator's or chauffeur's license.
