§ 31-18-13 - Use of white cane restricted to blind persons.

SECTION 31-18-13

   § 31-18-13  Use of white cane restricted toblind persons. – It is unlawful for any person, unless totally or partially blind, while on anypublic street or highway, to carry in a raised or extended position a cane orwalking stick which is white in color or white tipped with red.
