§ 31-11-19 - Permitting child under the age of 16 to drive.

SECTION 31-11-19

   § 31-11-19  Permitting child under the ageof 16 to drive. – No person shall cause or knowingly permit his or her child or ward under theage of sixteen (16) years to drive a motor vehicle upon any highway.
