§ 31-10-45 - Safety belts.

SECTION 31-10-45

   § 31-10-45  Safety belts. – Each licensee of a driver school shall equip the front seats of school trainingvehicles with safety belts for the instructor and the student, and the studentshall wear a safety belt during road instruction.
