§ 31-10-37 Fee Expiration oflicense Duplicates. The fee for each application for a commercial drivers' school license shall befifty dollars ($50.00). The license shall be granted or denied by theadministrator of the division of motor vehicles within thirty (30) days afterthe application has been filed. The license shall expire, unless sooner revokedor suspended, on the 30th day of June following its effective date. Theadministrator of the division of motor vehicles shall issue a separate licensecertificate for each location designated by the applicant and the certificateshall be displayed at that location. In case of the loss, mutilation, ordestruction of a certificate, the administrator of the division of motorvehicles shall issue a duplicate of it upon proof of the facts and payment of afee of one dollar ($1.00).
