§ 31-1-16 - Administrator and division.

SECTION 31-1-16

   § 31-1-16  Administrator and division.– (a) "Administrator" means the administrator of the division of motor vehiclesof this state.

   (b) "Division" means the division of motor vehicles withinthe department of revenue of this state acting directly or through itsauthorized officers and agents.
