§ 30-3-33 Promotion and reduction ofenlisted persons. – The appointment of noncommissioned officers, privates first class, andspecialists, in the national guard, and their reductions, shall be made asprovided by the laws of the United States and the regulations pertaining to thenational guard, and of this state.
