§ 30-24-11 Severability. – If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section, or part of this chapter isadjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, that judgmentwill not affect, impair, or invalidate the remainder thereof, but will beconfined in its operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph, section, or partdirectly involved in the controversy in which the judgment has been rendered.
