§ 30-2-3 - Rules and regulations.

SECTION 30-2-3

   § 30-2-3  Rules and regulations. – The governor may make and publish all necessary rules and regulations and issuesuch orders as may be necessary for the organization, discipline, government,training, and use of the militia of the state and they shall have the force andeffect of law.
