§ 30-15-17 Severability. – If any part, subdivision, or section of this chapter shall be declaredunconstitutional, the validity of the remaining parts thereof shall not beaffected thereby. If any provision of this chapter, or the application of thatprovision to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of thechapter and the application of that provision to other persons or circumstancesshall not be affected thereby.
