§ 30-14-6 Prior rights and actions. –No action or proceeding commenced before April 26, 1956, and no right accrued,is affected by the provisions of chapters 1 – 14 of this title, but allprocedure hereafter taken after April 26, 1956, shall conform to the provisionsof those chapters as far as possible.
