SECTION 30-12-4

   § 30-12-4  Entry into state by armed forcesfrom outside. – No military force from another state, territory, district, or country shall bepermitted to enter the state for the purpose of doing military duty therein,except as provided in § 30-12-3, without the permission of the governor,unless this force is part of the department of defense, or is acting under theauthority of the United States.
