§ 30-12-4 Entry into state by armed forcesfrom outside. No military force from another state, territory, district, or country shall bepermitted to enter the state for the purpose of doing military duty therein,except as provided in § 30-12-3, without the permission of the governor,unless this force is part of the department of defense, or is acting under theauthority of the United States.
