§ 3-12-17 Correction of defects inproceedings. – Any defects of form in any action, complaint and warrant, indictment,information, or other proceeding against any person for a violation of thistitle, may be amended by the court before whom the action, complaint andwarrant, indictment, information, or other proceeding is originally brought.
