§ 3-1-2 Intoxicating and nonintoxicatingbeverages. – Beverages are divided into two (2) classes – intoxicating andnonintoxicating. It is declared that beverages containing not more than threeand two-tenths percent (3.2%) of alcohol by weight are nonintoxicating.
