§ 28-9.5-4 - Right to organize and bargain collectively.

SECTION 28-9.5-4

   § 28-9.5-4  Right to organize and bargaincollectively. – The state police shall have the right to bargain collectively with the state ofRhode Island and to be represented by an organization in the collectivebargaining as to wages, rates of pay, hours, working conditions, and all otherterms and conditions of employment.
