§ 28-9.3-15 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter, or its application to any person orcircumstances, is held unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, the remainingprovisions of this chapter and the application of the provisions to persons orcircumstances other than those to which it is held invalid, shall not beaffected by the invalidity.
