§ 28-8-2 - Suit in superior court.

SECTION 28-8-2

   § 28-8-2  Suit in superior court. –Labor organizations may sue as a legal entity for the benefit and on behalf ofthe employees whom they represent in the superior court of the state of RhodeIsland having jurisdiction of the parties.
