§ 28-7-5 Quorum of board – Seal.– A vacancy in the board does not impair the right of the remaining members toexercise all the powers of the board, and two (2) members of the board, at alltimes, constitutes a quorum. The board may adopt an official seal and prescribethe purposes for which it is used.
