§ 28-45-15 - Deregistration of program.

   § 28-45-15  Deregistration of program.– Deregistration of a program may be effected upon the voluntary action of thesponsor by a request for cancellation of the registration, or upon reasonablecause, by the council instituting formal deregistration proceedings inaccordance with provisions of 29 CFR 7.
