§ 28-42-64.1 Injunctive relief. – (a) The superior court shall have jurisdiction to restrain and enjoin anyemployer from engaging in business as an employer in this state without aregistration or registrations or after a registration has been suspended orrevoked.
(b) The director may institute proceedings to prevent andrestrain violations of this chapter as provided in subsection (a) of thissection.
