§ 28-42-4 - Services performed partly outside state.
SECTION 28-42-4
§ 28-42-4 Services performed partlyoutside state. – "Employment" includes an individual's entire service, performed within or bothwithin and without this state, if:
(1) The service is localized in this state; or
(2) The service is not localized in any state but some of theservice is performed in this state and
(i) The base of operations, or, if there is no base ofoperations, then the place from which the service is directed or controlled, isin this state; or
(ii) The base of operations or place from which that serviceis directed or controlled is not in any state in which some part of the serviceis performed but the individual's residence is in this state.
