§ 28-42-28 - Federal funds for administration.

SECTION 28-42-28

   § 28-42-28  Federal funds foradministration. – All federal moneys allotted or apportioned to the state by the Secretary ofLabor of the United States, or other federal agency, for the administration ofchapters 42 – 44 of this title shall be paid into the employment securityadministration account, which shall be within the general fund.
