§ 28-41-8 Pregnancy benefits. – An eligible individual who is unemployed due to sickness resulting frompregnancy, childbirth, miscarriage, or abortion shall be entitled to receivethose benefits which are regularly provided for unemployment due to sickness inchapters 39 – 41 of this title.
