SECTION 28-41-1

   § 28-41-1  Fund from which benefits payable– Agencies through which paid. – Benefits shall be payable from the fund and shall be paid through employmentoffices, or any other agencies that the director may designate and the federalSocial Security Administration may approve, in accordance with prescribedregulations.
